For Participating Hague Convention Countries Citizens, When US Legalization receives your document,  we will issue a certificate stating that the copy of your passport is true and correct. The certificate will be signed and notarized by a notary public in Maryland, attested by the circuit court, and apostilled by the secretary of the state of Maryland and sent back to you the next business day.

 

And for Non Participating Hague Convention Countries Citizens, When US Legalization receives your document,  we will issue a certificate stating that the copy of your passport is true and correct. The certificate will be signed and notarized by a notary public in Maryland, attested by the circuit court, and certified by the Secretary of the State of Maryland, authenticated by the Department of State in Washington DC and certified by the desired embassy. This process takes approximately 3-7 days, then we will pick up the document from the embassy and return it to you.
